The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to own full-cycle sales for Jurni, from qualified pipeline through close. You'll sell into eCommerce and DTC brands - a mix of inbound demand, outbound prospecting, and warm pipeline generated through our growing event and agency channels. You'll work closely with our Growth and Partnerships teams, and have direct visibility with leadership as one of our early commercial hires.
This is a builder's seat: process, messaging, and playbooks are still being shaped, and you'll have real input into how we sell.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle- qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close - for mid-market and enterprise eCommerce/DTC brands
Run compelling product demos that translate Jurni's AI-driven personalization into clear, commercial value for marketing and growth leaders
Build and manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot, with accurate forecasting and clean handoffs
Partner with Growth and Partnerships to convert event-sourced and agency-sourced leads into closed revenue
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across marketing, growth, and (often) Shopify or agency partners
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in a still-evolving, early-stage pricing environment
Feed market and buyer feedback back to product and leadership — you're talking to the market more than anyone else internally
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of full-cycle, closing experience in SaaS, ideally selling into eCommerce, DTC, martech
A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Comfort running consultative, somewhat technical sales conversations- you can explain AI-driven personalization in terms a CMO or growth lead actually cares about
Experience working out of a CRM (HubSpot or similar) with discipline around pipeline hygiene
A self-starter mentality- you're energized by ambiguity and the building process, not just executing an existing playbook
Strong written and verbal communication; you can run a room with a CEO or VP of Growth on the other side
Nice to Have
Existing relationships within the DTC, eCommerce, or Shopify agency ecosystem
Experience selling to performance marketing or growth teams specifically
Familiarity with Meta ads, attribution, or broader performance marketing mechanics
