Role Overview

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale Jurni’s strategic relationships across the US e-commerce ecosystem. Based in New York, you’ll be our on-the-ground partner lead—working with DTC brands, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem players to unlock new growth channels and revenue opportunities.

You’ll identify, launch, and grow partnerships that expand Jurni’s distribution, influence, and market presence—working closely with sales, product, and marketing to turn relationships into repeatable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and build partnerships with DTC brands, performance agencies, platforms, and ecosystem partners

  • Own partner relationships end-to-end: sourcing, pitching, onboarding, activation, and long-term growth

  • Co-create joint go-to-market motions (co-selling, referrals, pilots, case studies, events)

  • Lead partner demos and strategy conversations, positioning Jurni as a core post-click and funnel solution

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue in collaboration with the sales team

  • Act as the voice of partners internally—feeding insights into product, roadmap, and positioning

  • Represent Jurni at industry events, meetups, and partner meetings across NYC and beyond

Key Skills

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or e-commerce

  • Strong understanding of the DTC ecosystem: paid media, CRO, landing pages, funnels, and growth metrics

  • Proven ability to build trust with senior marketers, founders, and agency leaders

  • Commercially minded—able to turn relationships into measurable outcomes

  • Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Points

  • Existing relationships with DTC brands, performance agencies, or commerce platforms

  • Background in e-commerce, growth marketing, or having worked at a D2C brand or agency

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or landing page / funnel tools

  • Experience building partner programs from scratch (referrals, rev-share, co-marketing)
