Founding Partner Manager
Build Jurni's partnerships engine from zero.
We're looking for its first dedicated partner hire - someone who can build our partnerships engine from scratch, own it end-to-end, and scale it into one of our most important growth channels. This isn't a supporting role. You'll define the strategy, forge the relationships, and create the playbooks that outlast you.
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale Jurni’s strategic relationships across the US e-commerce ecosystem.
Based in New York, you’ll be our on-the-ground partner lead working with DTC brands, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem players to unlock new growth channels and revenue opportunities.
You’ll identify, launch, and grow partnerships that expand Jurni’s distribution, influence, and market presence- working closely with sales, product, and marketing to turn relationships into repeatable impact.

Jurni's engine rapidly generates customized landing experiences for Meta ads, content creators, email campaigns, and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini. Leveraging performance data from top eCommerce brands, Jurni delivers tailored landing experiences specific to shopper intent and context.
As commerce shifts to AI-driven discovery and decision-making, we’re building the infrastructure that connects intent to conversion across every touchpoint.

What you'll own
Design and build Jurni's partner program from the ground up: strategy, structure, tiers, incentives, and playbooks
Identify and pursue high-value partners: agency partners, performance marketing agencies, strategic partners, growth consultants & operators, and ecosystem platforms
Own every stage of the partner lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, contracting, onboarding, activation, and long-term growth
Build joint GTM motions: co-selling, referral programs, rev-share agreements, co-marketing, case studies, and events
Lead partner demos and strategy conversations, positioning Jurni as the essential post-click layer for performance-driven brands
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue in close collaboration with the sales team
Represent Jurni at industry events, meetups, and partner summits across the US
Act as the internal voice of partners: feeding market intelligence into product, roadmap, and positioning conversations
What we're looking for
4+ years in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or the Shopify ecosystem
Background at a B2B SaaS company
Proven experience in or alongside performance marketing and growth agencies
Strong grasp of DTC growth fundamentals: paid media, CRO, landing pages, funnels, and key performance metrics
Commercially sharp: able to translate relationships into structured, measurable outcomes
A self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and wants to build, not maintain
Track record of closing and growing strategic relationships at the senior level
Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Proven experience using AI tools to build processes, assets, and workflows, not just prompting, actually shipping systems
Someone sharp, kind, low ego, good energy, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, in and out of the office
Bonus points
+ Active relationships with eCommerce agencies, DTC brands, or performance agencies you can activate quickly
+ Experience building partner programs from scratch: referrals, rev-share, co-marketing tiers
+ Hands-on familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or landing page/funnel tools
+ Experience working in or alongside high-growth early-stage startups
