Role Overview
You'll be the first person prospects talk to when they discover Jurni. Your job is to identify high-potential D2C brands, spark their interest in AI-powered funnels, and set up qualified meetings for our sales team. Based in NYC, you'll be building our outbound motion from the ground up – qualifying leads, running discovery conversations, and creating pipeline that turns into revenue.
What You'll Do
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting D2C brands and agencies
Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos for the sales team
Run initial discovery calls to understand brand challenges and fit
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Track pipeline metrics and iterate on what's working
Key Skills
2+ years in SDR/BDR role, ideally in SaaS or selling to e-commerce brands
Understanding of D2C growth challenges – paid acquisition costs, conversion rates, landing page testing
Excellent written and verbal communication – you can craft compelling outreach
Scrappy and metrics-driven – you know your numbers and optimize relentlessly
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Bonus Points
Experience prospecting into e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing teams
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms
Background in growth marketing or worked at a D2C brand
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Shopify, landing page builders, or A/B testing tools
