About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to help shape and scale Jurni’s brand, voice, and market presence.
You’ll lead marketing efforts across product launches, messaging, content, and GTM strategy. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and sales to bring new features to market, craft clear narratives, and push Jurni to the forefront of ecommerce and AI.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role—equal parts strategic storytelling, product marketing, and hands-on growth hacking using tools like GPT, HubSpot, Zapier, and more.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Product Marketing
Define and evolve Jurni’s messaging and positioning across site, decks, and demos
Lead go-to-market plans for new features and product launches
Create high-impact assets: landing pages, sales decks, email campaigns, content
Translate product capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives
Develop enablement materials that drive adoption
Growth & Experimentation
Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows (e.g. GPTs for ad copy, auto-generated landing pages, LLM agents for targeting and segmentation)
Build and ship lightweight experiments and campaign MVPs using tools like Retool, Bubble, Zapier, Vercel, or custom scripts—without waiting on Engineering
Automate repetitive marketing tasks like lead enrichment, reporting, and QA
How We’ll Measure Success
Clear, consistent messaging across our site, decks, and demos
Successful product launches with clear GTM execution
Growth in inbound traffic, demo requests, and funnel engagement
Strong alignment between product, marketing, and sales
Content and collateral that accelerates the sales process and improves customer understanding
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in SaaS, ecommerce, or growth/product marketing roles
You think like a growth marketer, move like a hacker
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Proven experience launching campaigns, building marketing systems, and driving measurable outcomes
Comfort with low-code / no-code tooling and automation platforms
Product sense and creative instincts, even if you’re not a designer
Scrappy, self-starting, and collaborative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Highly organized and performance-driven
Bonus Points
Background in ecommerce tools, DTC brands, or AI products
Experience building internal growth tools, dashboards, or GPT-based agents
You’ve written for or built campaigns targeting marketers, founders, or ecommerce operators
